The Australian Nature Based Art Therapy

Cultivating Creativity & Connection through Nature-Based Arts

The Australian Nature-Based Art Therapy Resource is a collaborative, practitioners-authored collection of processes, reflections, creative practice and offerings
grounded in lived and professional experience.

This volunteer-led project brings together art therapists and therapeutic practitioners exploring the intersection of art, nature and wellbeing. The invitation is to approach the resource as a doorway: a place to wader, gather ideas and follow what sparks your curiosity, while adapting what you find to your own practice and context

A collaborative project
