Cycles and Thresholds

Repeated patterns and cycles are fascinating (and sometimes incredibly frustrating). Luckily many people have walked these paths before us and maps have been drawn. I aim to develop a series around these maps. I am erring on the side of a group series to share our stories and help normalise the ways we get stuck, and to pool our resources around how to find more nourishing pathways forward.

Threshold sessions will come after someone has engaged with other sessions for a while and we recognise the natural presence of a threshold approaching, being resisted, or somehow getting missed by the busy-ness of life. I’d love to collaborate with you to create a threshold ritual; a longer format session where we honour your growth, shedding and transformation (including the inevitable grief) and support you to emerge on the other side.
